All you need to know about booking your lessons

How do I book?

You can make a booking by either phone or email using the contact page. Just let me know when you are coming, what previous experience you have and an idea of what you would like to achieve.

Where do I meet for my lesson?

A convenient meeting point will be arranged prior to the first lesson and the details confirmed either by email or text.

When do I pay?

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer or revolut.

What's included in the lesson price?

The price of the lesson is for coaching services only and does not include any other associated costs such as equipment hire, ski pass, accommodation and insurance.

Do I need insurance?

Winter sports carry an element of risk, and although the coach will endeavour to minimise these risks, it remains the clients responsibility to ensure adequate winter sports insurance cover is in place, including off piste cover where applicable.

What if I have to cancel?

Lessons cancelled more than 6 weeks before the 1st lesson will be refunded in full, less than 6 weeks but more than 28 days will receive a 50% refund and less than 28 days no refund.

What happens if the lesson is cancelled by AP-SKI?

In the unlikely event that the coach is unable to provide the lesson, due to illness or injury for example, every effort will be made to provide an alternative coach and only in the event of this not being possible a full refund will be offered.

What happens if I'm late for my lesson?

If you're running late then call the number on the contact page, in the event of no contact the coach will wait for 30 mins at the designated meeting point after this you will be considered a no show. There is no refund for missed lessons in accordance with the lesson cancelation policy. Unfortunately, missed time at the beginning of the lesson due to lateness cannot be added onto the end due scheduling restraints.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

The weather is a factor of winter sports and lessons cannot be cancelled due to bad conditions. I will however do my best to ensure that you have a great time whatever the weather.

Thanks for all your help last week - really enjoyed the week and loved skiing in the gates. Will do more...
